Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will usually receive a tracking number for your order. Sometimes there are exceptions to this for our Australian customers. But if tracking is not available we usually inform you on the product page. If tracking is available to you, then you may visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number (and you were supposed to) or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. This is because we want to be close to the products that we've sourced for you. Shipping to the USA is usually 2 - 4 weeks (see Covid-19 update below).** For orders to the UK, Canada, or Australia (and other international orders) shipping usually takes 2 to 4 weeks as well (see Covid-19 update below).** Sometimes, however, delays may occur as a result of International Customs Inspections. Your country's Customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. The recipient takes full responsibility for your local Government's and postal regulations regarding Import and Customs, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into a specific country.
** A special note regarding COVID-19 to our customers: Shipping usually takes 2 - 4 weeks for UK, Canadian and Australian orders, and 2 - 4 weeks for orders from the USA. However, as stated on the top of our product pages, COVID-19 is causing delays for some orders. This appears to be particularly affecting our American customers. From the end of March to June we've watched delivery periods swell to the point where many orders are taking up to 12 weeks to arrive. We ceased all marketing outside of the UK, where packages were still arriving in the normal amount of time, until we started to see signs of improvement in late June. Delays between packages flying out and being received by USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, and An Post are commonly over 40 days for orders placed between late March and late May. This is regrettable, but outside of our control. After serious deliberation we started serving markets outside of the UK again on June 26th 2020. We increased the visibility of our warning about Covid-related delays, which had been there from the start, on the top of our product pages. We did this to make sure that these outside markets are aware that they should expect lengthy delays and that we will no longer issue refunds over long delivery times, which our customers were duly warned of at the point of purchase.
All that said, our customers are receiving their packages even if many are taking longer to arrive than we prefer. We pray that you and your loved ones are staying safe, and thank you for your patience at this challenging time.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Does The Deal Animal provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure you're satisfied. Simply contact us and we'll get it addressed.
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.
